No Vols gameday is complete without the Vol Walk that begins two hours and 15 minutes before kickoff. at the Torchbearer statue in Circle Park. The team walks through a throng of Volunteer supporters as they make their way down Peyton Manning Pass before turning left on Phillip Fulmer Way into the stadium.
The Pride of the Southland Band generates great gameday excitement when the band begins their pregame march to Neyland Stadium about an hour and forty minutes before kickoff. Their musical march includes stopping to “Salute the Hill” before entering the stadium.
Tennessee Tailgating Guidelines
With the growing abundance of Vols fans wanting to experience a gameday Knoxville, more and more guidelines are being implemented to ensure that fans enjoy a positive and safe experience. Tailgaters are typically allowed to start setting up after 4P.M. on Fridays prior to gameday.
