his three seasons at USC. As a junior,
Gibson totaled 14.3 PPG while grabbing
9.0 rebounds per game. The Bulls
drafted Gibson with the 26th overall
selection in the first round of the 2009
NBA Draft. As a rookie, the Bulls forward
has provided an immediate impact and
has flashed double-double abilities with
his scoring and rebounding skills. Early
highlights in Gibson's young NBA career
include his first double-double
performance delivered on 12/4/09
against Cleveland where he snagged 13
rebounds while scoring 14 points.
